About Oye Rickshaw! OYE! is a shared electric micro-mobility service for the masses. We connect people with public transportation & demand hubs, and provide an ecosystem for drivers. The company was founded in 2017 and has been funded by investors - Matrix Partners, Hero Family, Chiratae (IDG) Ventures, Xiaomi, Falcon Edge Capital among others. Our latest venture is in the space of energy services - we are setting up a distributed lithium-ion battery swap network for supporting e-rickshaw based mass micro-mobility. Your Role at Oye Rickshaw! - Lead the Sales, Outreach and Partnerships functions, and be responsible for deployment of the Oye! Energy network. - Lead Sales planning cycle and set the right targets consistent with the PnL expectations. Deliver on those targets. - Establish right channels for long term sustainable growth. - Establish a systematic outreach program to stakeholders in the EV energy ecosystem - including and not limited to Govt agencies, Vehicle Manufacturers, Financial Institutions. - Perform extensive research, identify key players and create targeted engagements to generate interest about Oye! among potential partners. - Establish and maintain strategic relationships with Senior Management of partner organizations and drive outcomes on a symbiotic basis. - Negotiate and finalize specific deals with partners. - Collaborate with internal teams in Oye! to garner support and deliver on the partnership goals. - Deliver a great partner experience. You represent Oye to our partners. What we think you need for success - Influencer: You are adept at influencing others and converting extreme low probability opportunities using ethos-logos-pathos. - Agile: Our start-up is a fast-paced dynamic set up, meaning we will have change of plans, pivots and fast paced execution. - Insightful: You should be strategic and have the ability to generate unique insights that helps to challenge the assumptions and make things happen. - Clear Thinker: You should be extremely comfortable in dealing with high levels of ambiguity and be able to synthesise multiple sources of evolving information flow and adapt. Required Qualifications - You are or have led Sales organizations and have successfully led high value accounts. You are great at interfacing with senior management across organizations. - You have led high velocity and large magnitude Projects and are highly skilled in Program Management skills - Adept in identifying critical bottle-necks, running trade-offs and solving for them. - You have an Engineering Degree. MBA is preferred. - You have around 7-10 years of applicable industry experience. Start-up experience is a plus. Prior experience in EVs/Energy industry; exposure to govt relationships &amp; financial partnerships is preferred.
