Job Description :

As Oye! Rickshaw embarks on its next phase of growth; we are looking to ramp up the CEO's team to support multiple growth initiatives. The Program Manager will be part of the Office of CEO and will work directly with the Founder & CEO, and Chief of Staff. The Program Manager will help in creating and managing business strategy, driving new initiatives, and aligning with all stakeholders including key clients and investors.

The ideal candidate will have a sharp business mind and a proven ability to strategize and implement high-level program initiatives. As a natural leader, you will have strong talent for stakeholder management and project coordination. Ultimately, you are motivated by the desire to nurture program success from inception to completion.

Key Responsibilities of Role :

- Performing robust analysis of new sectors/ businesses for expansion

- Creation of Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and key goals

- Running PMO for core central projects

- Working closely with key influencers and decision makers across the organization to shape positive outcomes and impact business growth

- Strategize, implement, and maintain program initiatives that adhere to organizational objectives

- Develop program assessment protocols for evaluation and improvement

- Work closely with cross-functional teams to plan and develop scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan, budget, and timing for new initiatives

- Identify key requirements, gather feedback, and maintain working relationships with cross-functional teams and external vendors

Desired skills :

- Proven experience as an Analytics Manager or Data Scientist

- Solid experience in data analysis and reporting

- Strong Knowledge of SQL, Excel

- Familiarity with business intelligence tools (e.g. Tableau, Metabase)

- Knowledge of Python, R

- Superb communication skills

- Analytical skills and strong organizational abilities

- Attention to detail

- Problem-solving aptitude

- Experience with data warehousing tools
