Job description:
- Overall P&L Owner of the entire cluster, driving the business of multiple metro stations ensuring continuous growth. Individual with the excellent business acumen required.
- Responsible for spearheading high worth business with daily reach out to more than 10,000 customers and more than 200 driver-partners
- Leading a team size of 0-5 Team Leaders and 10-50 executives to drive ground operations end to end.
- Develop driver training cell from scratch, design driver training module and streamline driver training process to ensure high-quality drivers
- Develop key processes to track critical operations parameters and initiate data collecting platform from scratch
- Design key KPIs for the operations team, track them on daily basis, and extract 100% performance from the team.
- Extensive planning to assess demand and supply; Initiate business development goals in order to expand within existing clusters
- Drive the launch team from time to time in order to expand to new clusters. Assess cluster potential on key parameters, analyze its potential growth, and launch the processes from scratch.
- Aptitude with strong analytical skills is very essential. Ability to observe data analytically and make quality operational decisions
- Work closely with multi-functional team; stakeholder management with other teams.
- Ability to work passionately with 100% ownership
- Execution Oriented
- Work Experience in a startup is a plus
- Work Experience in Logistics is a plus
