Oxigen Services Pvt Ltd.   Responsibilities  1. You should be a visionary and be able to execute on your vision through the full cycle of implementation.  2. Taking our mobile apps to the next level with great design and user experience through data analysis, measurement and testing.  3. Relentlessly focusing on user acquisition, conversion rates, analytics and continuous testing, executing product roadmap in both a broad-strokes strategy level as well as a day-to-day tactical level.  4. Support new experiences across applications on feature phones, smartphone and tablets, across Android, iOS, Windows Phone and more.  5. You will be responsible for giving inputs to product vision, roadmap and implementation with technology and design teams.  6. You will be responsible for solving difficult problem that do not have obvious solutions across complex topics. Operating in a fast-moving and sometimes ambiguous environment you will work autonomously taking control and responsibility for hitting business objectives.  Requirements  1. Proven track record of delivering high impact products  2. Demonstrated ability to formulate data-driven decisions that lead to results.  3. Demonstrated ability to conceptualize, manage, and prioritize multiple projects.  4. Strong mobile product management skills  5. Implementation orientation; demonstrated ability to translate strategic directions into innovative and detailed product requirements  6. Ability to juggle multiple priorities and create a sense of urgency in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and deliver results  7. Start-up experience preferred  Qualifications & Experience  1. 8+ years of total experience. Preferably 3+ years of product management experience post MBA  2. Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred
