This is an opportunity to lead Quality Assurance team of Oxigen Wallet mobile applications - part of largest payment solutions provider viz. Oxigen Services Pvt Ltd.   Responsibilities   1. Coordinate and administrate all Mobile Products test activities   2. Review the technical design and technical specs to evaluate the testing scope and be able to review the test plans  3. Review project deliverables (test cases, scripts, test documentation) for quality and completeness  4. Work independently to discover and define special test cases and be able to execute the tests along with providing accurate analysis of the test results  5. Develop testing campaigns that address areas such as database impacts, software scenarios, network simulation testing, regression testing, performance testing, application security testing, scalability testing and negative testing  6. Guide, coach and motivate the test team on following testing processes, tools and methodologies  7. Prime meetings with other stakeholders such as Engineering, Product Management and Program Management  Requirements  1. Expert in cross-device app testing on both iOS and Android platforms  2. Moderate knowledge of 2G, 3G and 4G wireless broadband systems and applications.  3. Experienced in test planning, creation of test cases for the full spectrum of test types and phases, test data and test environment preparation, test execution and test status reporting in regards to Mobile Testing  4. Solid understanding of web-based technologies (XML, REST, JSON), and various transport protocols (SOA, TCP/IP, HTTP, SSL)  5. Extensive experience with QA and development tools for Mobile Apps test automation  6. Extensive experience testing apps and mobile devices using XCode, PerfectoMobile, Device Anywhere, etc  7. Strong experience of load and performance testing process, experience using tools such as JMeter  8. Ability to communicate effectively with developers, SaaS operations, release management, and QA peers of the all levels  9. Understanding of development methodologies such as Agile.  Qualifications & Experience  1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science with of minimum 10 years experience in Quality Assurance or comparable software development experience (with several years in mobile app development)  2. 5+ years experience as a QA Manager Engineer or Senior Software Developer in Test
