We are seeking a detail-oriented individual to fill this data auditing position with our company. Key Responsibilities: - Compile and review international information reports obtained from researchers and vendors to meet in-house quality standards. - Analyze and interpret data to make conclusions or recommendations. - Perform supplemental research where necessary. - Input of information into documents, computer systems, and databases. - Monitor and drive quality and efficiency on data collection and processing tasks. - Answer general credit reporting related customer inquiries by email. - Assist management in tracking, investigating, and responding to customer disputes. Qualifications: - Ability to work under pressure/deadlines with limited supervision and in compliance with established policies, procedures, and regulations. - Must be able to interact effectively with other departments and staff members. - Willingness to grow and learn new tasks. - Critical thinking, good judgment, and the ability to make informed decisions. - Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and the ability to problem-solve. - Must be proficient in English, with strong verbal and written communication skills. - Skilled in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel, with the ability to learn and use various proprietary in-house systems, including web-based systems. - Execute on projects and meet established deadlines in a fast-paced environment with minimum supervision. - High level of curiosity and ability to - think outside the box- and - connect the dots.-
