- Roles and Responsibilities :

Import/Export :

1 Knowledge of all Import-Export Documention(Commercial Invoice & other docs.)

2 Practical knowledge of Custom duty, Duty free, Consumption Report , CHIMS & SIMS etc.

3 Knowledge of Custom bond, IGST Refund, Export Scrip.

GST Return :

1. Practical knowledge of GSTR1, 3B, 9, 9C, 194Q & 26AS.TDS & TCS reconciliation

2. Reconciliation of GSTR2A & 3B.

Sales Order Management :

1. Knowledge of sales invoice/e-invoice/eway/Dr & Cr. Note.

2. Presenting sales report/other MIS reports as required by management

3. Management of sales order processing.

4. Payment confirmation or follow up for dues before dispatch.

Account Receivable, Debtor MIS, Outstanding follow up

1. Practical knowledge of customer's EMI & Interest calculation according to payment term.

2. Customer's Outstanding sheet & also follow up.

3. Reconciliation of customer's ledger.
