Ovenfresh currently operates 50 locations in 2 cities with 300 employees, serving 8000 customers every day. The Company is transitioning to technology-led food delivery model, and is building a large presence in the food tech space in India. The process of building this business will involve scaling consumer base, technology systems, delivery, operations and production to support several thousands of orders per day, and solving the sales, supply chain, logistics and technology challenges that come with rapid scale.
Role Description:
- Drive Individual and Corporate Customer Acquisition
- Plan and execute strategy for local market saturation for the new food tech business
- Drive individual customer acquisition for online food tech business (direct customer acquisition)
- Create and execute BTL and trial-based marketing campaigns for food tech business
- Manage and grow B2B customer relationships with existing corporate customer base
- Grow institutional sales with new corporate customers
Requirements:
- Must be Bangalore based
- Must have at least 2-4 years management experience in B2C retail sales & sales target based roles
- Experience in BTL campaign execution and local area marketing execution
- MBA from a good business school with startup orientation preferred
