Business Manager

This is a unique opportunity to work at the highest levels as a Business Manager to the CEO of a VC funded company in the retail sector. Ovenfresh is building a world-class food retail chain in India and re-inventing the sector in the process. We are a rapidly growing, and are operational at 15 locations in Chennai and Bangalore. We are looking for future leaders to join us in our journey of growth. We raised venture funding from IndoUS Venture Partners in 2013.

- Gain hands-on exposure to all facets of a fast growing venture, including Projects, Operations, Marketing, Advertising, Design, Sales, HR and Finance

- Work directly with the Founder & CEO on a daily basis

- Strategize and Execute key initiatives of the Company

- Deputize for the Founder & CEO in a multi-disciplinary capacity

- MBA or Engineer from top ranked institution

- Desire to work in a multi-disciplinary management capacity

- Ability to perform in an unstructured start-up environment

- Prior exposure to non-IT businesses
