Position Title : Outsourcing Manager

Location: Mumbai

Job Purpose:

- Review of outsourcing risk and obtain group GPS sign off

- Annual Due diligence of all the existing outsourcing service provider(OSP)

- Ensuring compliance of outsourcing policy and governance

- Various reporting to senior management regarding outsourcings arrangements

- No breach of outsourcing risk policy and governance

- Follow all the deadlines for submission of reports.

Job Duties & responsibilities:

- Guide BU/SU in outsourcing of any new process. Review the outsourcing Risk Template (ORT) and assist BU/SU to get group GPS sign off.

- Review monthly scorecard and service level reports of all OSP.

- Review periodic site visit report of all the OSPs and consolidate all the issues for reporting to group.

- Weekly review and update of outsourcing register

- Overseeing the intra group outsourcing services and its compliance

- Managing of all OSP contracts and ensure timely renewal of every contract

Required Experience:

- Relevant experience of handling supply chain management, vendor management, contract management, Banking Operations.
