We are looking for Consultant level personnel for a 3 years Contractual role with a Global Management Consulting firm. Below is more information about the project and the requirement.

Our Client, a Global Management Consulting firm's Energy Practice is mobilizing resources for a 3-year optimization engagement with a large refinery company to do process optimization. This project will have a global team and requires a couple of Associate Consultant level resources with specific skillsets to round out the team. Specifically, they need 2 people with 4-5 years of experience that have an engineering degree from a premier institution (IIT/NIT/BITS) and have risen to run a refinery control room or one level below.

Client: A Global Management Consulting Firm

End-Client: Public Sector Refinery

Location: Mumbai and Kochi, on-site

Industry: Oil & Gas

Resources: 2 Freelancers (but long term)

Contract Timeline: Up to 3 years. Initial contract 6 months + option for 6 month renewal

Skill Parameters:

Education: [Preferable] IIT / NIT / BITS with a [Chemical] engineering degree

Working Experience:

- Refining processing and scheduling

- Typically an engineering graduate who has joined in the Ops or Tech stream at a refinery

- At 5 year mark, good quality candidates are operating a plant unit or are one level below plant manager. Note that this is NOT the IT or HR or Procurement streams.

- Need to understand fuel units, catalytic converters

- Site experience is a must

- Knowledge from technology or process standpoint needs to be translated into commercial value

Soft Skills:

- Highly analytical

- Highly value oriented

 Working environment: On-site in Mumbai or Kochi

- Preference for Indian candidates who have worked in India

- Will be full-time

- Effectively staffed on our client's team and will have interaction with senior level global teams as well as very senior client teams (Exec Directors, Directors, and GMs)

- Expected Outcomes from the project: First few months will be establishing value/stakeholder management
