Sales Development + Customer Success with experience in selling SAAS products ( Night Shifts)


Job Description:

- Responsible for initiating first level contact with prospects through calls & emails.

- Are able to present & demonstrate Outgrow's value proposition to prospects via phone/email.

- Convert prospects to qualified opportunities.

- Follow qualification process for opportunities generated (PACT) {Pain area, Authority, Cost, Time}

- Closing deals

- Meet or Exceed Monthly Activity, Opportunity, and Revenue targets.

- Generate and maintain a healthy pipeline to ensure that the Sales team has an adequate number of qualified opportunities to work upon.

- Work cross-functionally with marketing, product teams, and sales in order to drive revenue.

- Provide regular updates on revenue closed, opportunities created and activity levels.

- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the company's competitive positioning and provide feedback for product enhancement.

Desired Skills and Experience:

- Exceptional verbal and written communication and presentation skills.

- Flexibility - the ability to work in a dynamic environment not restricted to shifts and Geo.

- Ability to learn new tools on the go and open to constant learning and can work in a team environment.
