Job Description -

- The role incumbent as the Head of OTC Operations is responsible for the overall functioning of the off-shored OTC Operations in accordance with the strategy, objectives and directions of GBIS BUSINESS and RESG.

- The role incumbent is a member of the BUSINESS EXCO and the global CIB BUSINESS OTC EXCO.

- In this role, the incumbent will be responsible for building and sustaining a secure and efficient production platform to deliver high quality services for GBIS clients and the transformation planned as part of BUSINESS Strategy 2017. The incumbent will be equally responsible to participate to shaping and executing part of the BUSINESS Strategy jointly with the BUSINESS EXCO. Specifically, in 2016, the mission of the incumbent will be to absorb the anticipated growth, execute on the transformation while maintaining and enhancing the quality of production.

- The incumbent manages teams across 2 locations of to support resilience and optimize talent and is expected to maintain the appropriate organization, matrix and managerial practices across both locations.

- The role incumbent is the Global Value Chain Owner (VCO) for the Forex & Forex Options chain, oriented towards structural transformation of the chain to improve the quality of service, reduce cost & control operational risk.

- The role incumbent is a member of the RESG LST group and will be responsible to understand and cascade the strategy of the Group, entity & the division (GBIS/ BUSINESS) to all employees of / BUSINESS /OTC and as required and ensure the Leadership Model of the group is deployed in line with the direction of the Group.

Responsibilities in the Role :

The role incumbent is specifically responsible for:

As Head - OTC Operations,

DELIVERY & OPERATIONAL EXCELLENCE :

- Monitoring and ensuring the production quality in terms of the KPI & KRI for all services are in line with the global standard and are under control.

- All guidelines, projects and controls agreed with the BUSINESS EXCO worldwide or regionally, to secure operations or meet compliance requirements of regulators are prioritized and implemented for the relevant scope.

- All risky areas are identified, reported and reviewed in a timely manner - with appropriate remediation plans in place.

- Build and maintain a robust organization to have the right level of management oversight for all key functions delivered and managed from / BUSINESS -OTC

- The global continuous improvement model of BUSINESS is deployed and maintained across the entire perimeter of functions

- Review and execute the global Resilience program for BUSINESS /OTC jointly with the BUSINESS OTC EXCO

- Implement measures and projects as required to constantly improve the risk control and CI maturity within BUSINESS -OTC

- Drive efficiency across BUSINESS -OTC to deliver a productivity of 10% year-on-year leveraging global programs and local initiatives

- Be responsible for transformation of the process, lead by example, lead and contribute actively to transformation projects- both locally and globally

TRANSFORMATION:

- Execute the various Value Creation programs of BUSINESS in a timely and secure manner; including the governance, hiring and organization capacity to deliver the anticipated savings for BUSINESS

- Implement and roll out the global efficiency and risk programs of BUSINESS at BUSINESS -OTC in line with the global roadmap and realize the targets established

- Initiate and support implementation of all global transformation programs & initiatives of BUSINESS in alignment with the global plan

- Ensure capacity and planning on change management for success of these transformations
