- Actively managing Wealth of the Company and the individual family members by investing regularly in equities, bonds, mutual funds, IPO- s, pre placements, precious metals, structure notes etc.

- Actively looking at Venture Capital/ Seed Capital investment options being offered by startups and discussing the same with the Owners.

- Handling Forex and Derivative transactions for hedging the company's forex and equity exposure.

- Tax planning of companies and individual family members.

- Estate planning of companies and individual family members.

- MIS Reporting and regular analysis and feedback of all of the above.

- Ensure proper and timely accounting of all of the above.

- Rating the performance of team members on an annual basis

- Establishing a service management framework by implementing Service Level Agreements (SLAs) at crucial touch points

- Facilitating recruitment process i.e. interviewing, following up with HR Talent Acquisition team for speedy closure of open positions in the team.

- Providing training the people in relevant areas

- Supervising day-to-day processing and activities of Forex and Wealth Management.

- Ensuring compliance of all internal procedures, operational controls, quality systems and regulatory requirements

- Monitoring key control processes including transaction checklists through regular intervention

- Conducting regular pricing reviews and negotiation with banks and brokerages and service providers to ensure that all the services were priced at utmost discounted levels.

- Focusing on deepening of existing banking and investment relationships to help generate better services and pricing.
