- Provided commercial & technical advisory to a customer for manufacturing soft magnetic ribbons in India leading to foreign exchange savings through these indigenously developed innovative advanced materials. Client honored by Hon- ble President of India for implementing our solutions.

- Engagement with customers to develop steels locally for import substitution Acted as the key interface between clients and steel end user to promote high strength steels

- Formulated strategic plans to enhance client relationships (Advised end user in India onFerro Niobium addition practices followed in other geographies and suggested few improvement tips on addition practices. Resulted in higher recovery in the final product;

- Led successfully planning of inventory for unforeseen additional demand & its timely liquidation, achieving high (35%) order fulfillment rate

- Successfully launched alternative specification material, resulting in lower material cost (raw material), increase in sales by 100% for a customer

- Supported key work streams in C-level consulting engagements involving problem diagnosis, data analytics, recommendations formulation, presentation, and implementation governance: Logistics transformation and cost reduction for a leading global metals and mining player by replacement of their dumper truck bucket from normal grade steels to high strength steels to improve payload efficiency
