Job Description :

- Define the strategy for customer acquisition and will be responsible for the business growth and corporate brand positioning for North America region

- Develop detailed strategies for lead generation, campaign management, brand awareness, content & communication & event participation program across the company's service lines and sales channels

- Create thought leadership and use innovative approach to building brand visibility among target audience

- Own the sales enablement function & collaborate with the sales and account management teams to successfully close large deals

- Oversee sale enablement initiatives, such as market research, customer/client research and mapping, etc.

- Create synergies between Digital and Offline marketing strategies

- Responsible for all kind of content plan & creation including, digital assets, social media, company website, case studies, blogs, collaterals, event participation kits, corporate merchandises etc.

- Own the communication and media relations function for the company

- Find innovative ways to present and introduce solution offerings to customers through close loop marketing campaigns.

- Manage workflow, handle escalations, proactively engage resources to address issues and effectively delegate workload across the team

- Build integrated marketing approach and ensure all marketing initiatives are coordinated, support marketing plan objectives and are an effective expenditure of resources

- Work with marketing agencies and partners for delivering desired results

- Use Analytics and Data to understand customer behaviors and customize specific marketing initiatives to attend to their needs

- Ensure effective communication between India and US office team members

- Develop long and short term business plans for expansion, innovation and improvement at US and India operations with communication and coordination of marketing efforts with other divisions

- Be the senior mentor for the marketing managers in India & US and help them manage their groups and develop them further

- Drive vision, mission, direction, and culture in team by managing individual and team performance and goals

- Coordinate with all stakeholders for successful implementation of international Expansion strategies.

Desired Candidate profile :

- At least 15-18 years of marketing management experience in IT services space with focus in expanding North American Markets

- Proven ability to define marketing strategies, processes and build teams around them

- Entrepreneurial with strong execution skills

- Agility to work in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment

- Must have strong technical knowledge and experience in solution selling to mid and large enterprise is a must

- Demonstrated success implementing market share growth strategies in a competitive operating environment

- Experience working with companies in the B2B marketing space

- Ability to rely on analytics and research modeling including experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals

- International sales management experience is a must and willingness to travel extensively to international geographies

- Excellent strength in verbal and written communication skills
