Osoaa - Manager/Senior Manager/Business Head - eCommerce (5-10 yrs)

Own the P&L for sales from all Marketplaces- Amazon, Flipkart & more in future

- Take complete ownership of all activities related to selling on various marketplaces/portals (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.) in India.

- Lead & strategize monthly marketing strategy within the allocated budgets.

- Coordinate marketing campaigns with pre-sales and sales activities

- Lead campaigns, monitor performance and optimize spends, in line with revenue targets. Monitor campaign ROIs

- Catalog management and QC of the listings

- Execute the marketing calendar and identify key events/ spikes to leverage to drive inorganic growth

- Drive performance marketing to drive organic and inorganic growth

- Lead order fulfillment, inventory, category management & customer service for Marketplaces

- Opportunity to grow internally to take bigger responsibility over a period of a few years

- Identify new opportunities overall via market research and competitor analysis

- Planning & executing promotions/activities covering online visibility

- Opportunity to report directly to the CEO/Managing Director of the company

- This will be an Individual Contributor role with support from other functions with a scope to build teams as we grow

- Identifying opportunities to improve sales via :

a. Content

b. In Marketplace Marketing (top, middle & bottom of the funnel)

c. Marketplace SEO (Keyword Optimization)

d. Deals/Campaigns Strategy & Execution

e. Inventory Planning

f. New Product Launches

g. Partnerships

h. Any other avenue

Candidate Requirement:

- Overall 5-10 years of work-ex after MBA from reputed MBA colleges

- Minimum 3 years of experience in managing online marketplaces & scaling them up

- Expert in running Advertising Campaigns in Marketplaces

- Tracking topline and bottom-line drivers across portals

- Strong entrepreneurial go-getter spirit to take ownership of business scaleup (Sales oriented)

- Liaising with internal teams to ensure day to day execution

- A hands-on approach for ensuring daily execution

- Ability to analyze data & sales statistics and translate results into better solutions

- Ability to work with ambiguity and in an entrepreneurial environment

- Proficient in Microsoft applications Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.

- Immediate joining preferred

- It will be preferred if prior experience in D2C Brand/Health, Nutrition or Food Categories

- Prior P&L responsibility is preferred

- Prior knowledge in Facebook & Google Advertising will be preferred
