Responsibilities :
- Identification or Assessment of Risk associated with specific activities of ORIX Group businesses / functions in a comprehensive manner
- Assessment of Risks in new lines of businesses
- Review of regulatory changes, from time to time, and its applicability to ORIX India businesses and functions
- Conduct a gap analysis of regulatory and internal policies.
- Monitor and coordinate the compliance activities of all departments.
- Perform sample-based compliance testing of all key deliverables from a regulatory and statutory standpoint.
- Review of applicable Central & State acts & identify the applicable actionable & coordinate with stakeholders for implementation.
- Periodic training to the first line of defense on key regulatory and internal policies and procedures.
- Keeping track of all applicable acts, licenses, registrations, and returns.
Qualifications :
- Graduate in Law or CS
- Additional certifications/specializations such as JAIIB, CAIIB, KYC & AML, SOX etc. will have an added advantage
