As the company's SaaS Growth Marketer, you will lead Growth & Marketing efforts to drive pipeline growth and revenue for Orimon - an offering from Oriserve. Leading our Marketing team and partnering with our Sales teams, you will implement strategies that generate opportunities that convert into customers. Typical work week look like : 1) User Acquisition: Developing and executing strategies to drive user acquisition and increase the customer base. 2) Conversion Optimization: Identifying and implementing tactics to optimize conversion rates at each stage of the marketing funnel. 3) Retention and Engagement: Designing initiatives to enhance customer retention and engagement through targeted campaigns and personalized experiences. 4) Performance Analytics: Analyzing and interpreting marketing data to measure campaign performance, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions. 5) A/B Testing and Experimentation: Conducting A/B tests and experiments to optimize marketing strategies and improve overall performance. 6) Content Marketing: Overseeing the creation and distribution of high-quality content to attract and engage the target audience and Integrate our company brand and messaging into a unified approach to all marketing content. 7) Marketing Automation: Implementing and managing marketing automation tools to streamline processes, nurture leads, and improve efficiency. 8) Partnerships and Influencer Marketing: Establishing strategic partnerships and collaborating with influencers to expand brand reach and drive growth. Build and manage media relationships and PR. 9) Customer Journey Optimization: Mapping out the customer journey and identifying opportunities to optimize touchpoints and deliver a seamless experience. 10) Budget Management: Managing marketing budgets effectively, allocating resources efficiently, and optimizing ROI. 11) Develop content related to customer spotlights, customer case studies, thought leadership articles, product marketing for targeted lead gen campaigns, newsletters, social media outreach, conferences, blogs, PR etc. 12) Execute and enhance targeted lead gen email campaigns. Organize and promote webinars. 13) Social Media Marketing: Manage and run all social media outreach. Create engagement goals for all social media posts and track metrics across all channels. 14) Coordinate and distribute a monthly newsletter. Our ideal candidate should have : 1) Experience: 4-5 years of experience in demand generation/growth marketing for SaaS products. 2) Bachelor's/Master's degree preferably in Tech background. 3) Comprehensive understanding and the ability to use industry-standard tools, such as HubSpot, MailChimp, Google Webmaster tools, social media, etc. 4) Proven SaaS IT track record with the ability to understand all of1) our product features and their benefits. You must be able to create content, and messaging, develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns and lead nurture programs (ads, blogs, white papers) around the SaaS products. 5) Experience Strong familiarity with account-based marketing (ABM), PPC, SEO, social media, email marketing, etc. 6) Capacity to understand complex technical concepts needed to develop strategic and engaging programs, paired with the logistical/operational prowess needed to plan and execute effective campaigns. 7) Communication: You communicate clearly and with precision in person and in writing. You have strong copywriting skills. 8) Proactive work ethic with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
