- We are looking for an experienced Human Resources - Talent Acquisition professional to work closely with the Partners and also our investee companies in building Grade A teams. The position is based in Mumbai.

JD:

- Around 5-8 years of work experience.

- Capable to carry out a targeted talent research strategy, map role criteria, define position description, track and identify prospective candidates using variety of channels.

- Deep passion for start ups, superb communicator and a relentless net-worker.

- Methodical and persuasive decision maker, highly proactive, detail-oriented and self-motivated.
