We are looking for an experienced and passionate Business Head for an early age startup, MESKY. The Role : Responsibilities : - We are looking for Head - Marketing, Strategy & Operations, responsible for collaborating with cross-functional departments to manage all aspects of the ecommerce business including, business planning, content strategy and development, promotional campaigns and other online marketing, website design, customer service, web analytics and web technologies. We expect the Head - Strategy & Operations will have a broad experience at Mesky.com and will play a unique role in the organization. - Strategic thinking ; need to excel at strategic thinking in order to identify product opportunities and make business decisions that ensure long-term success and growth - Market research ; Should be able to conduct market research and analyse trends and data to make well-informed business decisions - Product development ; Will be involved taking an active role in product development, making both high-level and minute decisions regarding products before they go to market - Marketing and promotion ; need to successfully promote the products before they go to market, building anticipation and creating demand through social media, advertising, and networking - Personnel management ; as a company grows, he/she needs to excel at recruiting, hiring, and retaining talented and dedicated staff members who can help bring the co-founder's vision to life - Financial planning ; need a solid grasp of financial planning and forecasting and should be able to set milestones and budgets to ensure solvency and long-term growth Attributes & Experience : - 10 - 12 years of relevant experience in Digital marketing in an eCommerce industry. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Proven leadership of large eCommerce projects - Extensive knowledge of e-commerce technology and sophisticated analytics - Post graduate degree (preferred from a premier university). - Previous work experience in the start-up ecosystem
