Assistant Manager/Manager - Human Resource - IT Engineering Division

Looking for HR for a leading conglomerate for their IT Engineering Division in Bangalore

Experience Required : 4-8 years

Education : MBA (HR)

Location : Bangalore

Key Skills Required :

- Person should have experience in HR MIS, HR Analytics and HR Operations

- Experience in all 3 areas is mandatory

Responsibilities :

- Identifying and assisting in solving HR related issues, ensuring these adhere to the organisations policies and objectives.

- Analysing and evaluating data and reports, feeding back the findings to relevant managers and advising on changes and improvements.

- Reviewing and approving budgets, implementing new company policies and maintaining internal HR systems.

- Collaborate with technical teams on all system issues.

- Deliver HR Management Information reporting and analysis within SLAs, and respond to ad hoc requests.
