GM - Coffee
- Complete responsibility for the procurement, Trading, Merchandising of Coffee/Pulses/Oil Seeds and other plantation crops right from sourcing to smooth delivery to the clients- location.
- Would be responsible for the commercial functions of all verticals of procurement be it, sourcing, trading, merchandising, trade facilitation
- Shall be responsible for budgeting the entire portfolio for the fiscal and also strategy to drive the business growth towards the same
- Shall be responsible for providing in-depth market information and an trade insight of coffee and plantation crops from source to sink.
- Shall do procurement / Trading/ Sourcing/ Merchandising in line with the strategy and budget plan for the fiscal year
- Tap the opportunities in the value chain of the product portfolio and ensure to deliver the business propositions in line with the requirements of the industry
- Identify potential clients, covert them in to business partners; meet them by leveraging and maintaining the network and increase profitability.
- Assessment of opportunities of the market or geographic area to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities and client database and should also set up meetings between client decisions makers and Company representative.
- Building a successful network of suppliers- to ensure the key processes are running efficiently and cost effectively.
- Understanding and keeping up with the new trends of the market and new moves in the business deals.
- Should be able to participate in the delivery mechanism for the bulk orders of the Govt and Non Govt orders in consequence of the tenders and notifications issued by both public and private institutions
- Should set up and monitor the procurement teams in multiple locations and also manage compliance of statutory obligations.
