Marketing Manager

Job Summary :

We are searching for a highly-creative digital marketing manager for our marketing team. In this position, you will be responsible for all aspects of our marketing operations. Your duties will include planning, implementing, and monitoring our digital marketing campaigns across all digital networks. Our ideal candidate is someone with experience in marketing, art direction, and social media management. In addition to being an outstanding communicator, you will also demonstrate excellent interpersonal and analytical skills.

Roles & Responsibilities :

1. Planning and executing all web, SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns. Knowledge of app store optimization (ASO) with be a bonus.

2. Facilitate design, build, and maintain our social media presence with third parties.

3. Prepare accurate reports on our marketing campaign's overall performance.

4. Coordinate with advertising and media experts to improve marketing results.

5. Identify latest trends and technologies affecting our industry.

6. Evaluate important metrics that affect our website traffic, service quotas, and target audience.

7. Work with team to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies.

8. Measure and reports performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assesses against goals (ROI and KPIs).

Education & Experience :

- Bachelor's or master's degree in marketing or a related field

- A minimum of 1 year experience in a digital marketing or advertising position.

- In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, best practices, and website analytics.

- Highly creative with excellent analytical abilities.

- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.

- Informed on the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing.
