Investor Relations Team - Orient Capital part of ASX Listed Link Group

Orient Capital India is hiring a Manager Investor Relations to be based in Mumbai. As part of Investor Relations Team, the responsibilities will be:

- Preparing company collaterals like Presentations, Press Releases, Earnings Releases, Managing IR Section of the Website etc

- Sector Research - Deep Dive in the Financials of the Company, Peer Benchmarking and Valuation Analysis

- Ensuring timely and adequate resolution of the queries raised by both buy and sell side analysts

- Establishing the optimum mix of shareholders through targeting initiatives

- Ability to organise meetings with investors/analysts and represent the Company at meetings/ conferences.

- Maintaining and building relationships with Investors and Potential Investors

- Providing capital markets updates and insights to the Top Management

- Preparation of regular market reports and Investor Relations related MIS

The Individual should have :

- Excellent written, presentation and communication skill

- Research bent of mind and should be able to analyse each company in detail.

- Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting + MBA and/or CA/CFA preferred.

- 6 to 8 years of experience in finance, at least 3+ years of experience in IR / Equity Research / Investment Banking
