Business Development Manager

OrgTree's mission is to provide healthy snacks made with millet's sourced locally from farmers. We are always looking for ways to spread millet passion around the world.We conceptualize farm-to-fork, following sustainable production and delivery practices and making the farmers the center of our story. Kiru is the brand that represents this mission.

As a Business Development Manager, you will play a critical role in realizing this mission. You will be responsible for acquiring new accounts incorporate sectors, hospitality sector, and schools and hospitals through Kiru outlets and packaged supply. Effective sales presentations, signing-up accounts, partnership activities, merchandising in outlets are high level job responsibilities. The ideal candidate is self-driven, detail-oriented and is hungry to be a part of an exciting, fast-paced, innovative company that's making a difference in the healthy snack segment.

Responsibility

- Prospect for new accounts

- Identify and work with the key decision makers within the client organization & build overall relationship with clients

- Preparing proposals as needed to secure new business

- Cold call as appropriate to ensure continued pipeline of new customers

- Forecast sales targets and ensure that the organization has all information needed to support new customers

- Work with marketing and account management staff to ensure successful account sign-up

- Present new product and services as available to enhance existing relationships

- Develop routines for business reviews and overall stewardship of the account

Requirement

- Bachelors/Master's degree in business administration or any related field

- 4-8 years of experience in sales/business development

- Successful previous experience as a sales representative or BD manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets and managing partner

relations.

- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization

- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close

- Strong business sense and industry expertise

- Key Account management, Corporate sales & business partner management

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
