Organizational Analytics/People Analytics Role - Consulting Firm

Looking for candidates who have 6 to 12 years of experience in business data analysis/people analytics/HR analytics and people management-related programs (workforce transformation, workforce, and talent strategy, change strategy, stakeholder assessment, change impact analysis, organization design, and business readiness).

- Experience in Data interpretation with working knowledge of analytic (predictive and prescriptive) models and digital tools.

- Additionally, some exposure to Workforce Analytics using basic and advanced statistical/ML methodologies.

Your KRA would include:

- Work on multiple projects related to org analytics/people analytics/HR analytics using various programming language

- Developing and deploying data-driven solutions to People transformation efforts for Global and Local clients. Serve as subject matter expertise in the space, working with client account teams and clients

- Engage with clients to understand their challenges, requirements and concerns to determine the best OA solution

- Define data-backed people strategies to support business transformational programs

- Co-create solutions and assist clients in developing action plans.
