HR Digital Transformation:
- Spearhead technology initiatives for HR systems and processes to increase efficiency of core HR operations
- Oversee internal knowledge management processes including efficient data management and reporting
- Identify opportunities to leverage technology for incremental improvements and automations
- Effectively leverage data to formulate insights, recommendations and measure impact on of initiatives on associate experience and employer brand
Organizational Effectiveness
- Design, deliver and evaluate programs and frameworks to improve employee experience, engagement and organization effectiveness
- Assist in devising an overall HR strategy to support the AOP and business requirements
- Various engagements & process improvement projects to improve organizational performance
- Support ongoing process of designing new HR programs that reflect org-wide strategy and cross-functional priorities
- Change Management & Impact Evaluation
- Analyze the current operating environment, understand the gaps and improvement areas
- Focus on people side of change derived from changes made to business processes, policies, systems, technology, roles and responsibilities and organizational structure
- Act as an internal consultant / advisor on initiatives related to HR change management and OE. This also involves proposing interventions for project teams to implement.
- Contribute to knowledge sharing and capabilitybuilding efforts with key stakeholders (e.g. related to building an employee-friendly brand, customercentric organization)
- Contribute to the development of KPIs. Measuring success metrics and monitoring change and progress
