Role Details: We are looking for a young, driven person to take up the Org Design role - - Ownership of key Org initiatives - planning and execution of key initiatives with respect to org design, culture, etc - Be savvy with data and be responsible for all analytics and insights related to the Org - Tracking and program management of key org initiatives - tracking timelines and execution plans with key teams and stakeholders - Work closely with leadership to drive org initiatives to execution - Be on top of industry trends and benchmarking wrt to org function Core Skills: - 4-6 years of experience in HR/ other functions or HR consultancy etc - Should have comfort and experience in handling data analytics and insights - Stakeholder management - Project management
