Job Description :
- Understand current opportunities & challenges. Identify future ones come up with the OD/Culture roadmap & strategy
- Engage with business. Identify their unique needs. Work with managers, Business HR to define & drive interventions
- Work with Business leaders, managers, CXO team to create a common vision. Own the communication & roll out
- Be the face for important change management initiatives which cover both organic & inorganic growth
- Question the status quo. Challenge & help create a sustainable culture which aligns with & supports the fast pace at which the company is growing
- Opportunity to experiment conceptualize innovative ideas, drive them across business, levels, locations & cultures
- Identify organizational development gaps and act as an influential partner in developing solution
- Identify and lead opportunities for consulting assignments within the organization to enhance team and organization effectiveness and develop solutions based on internal and external research
