Organisation Development Manager - IT

Our client is one of the leading IT companies in India. They have around 25+ offices across 12 countries and over 1000+ clients in more than 40+ countries. They have emerged as a leader in new age technologies like Artificial Intelligence (AI), Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Internet of Things (IoT), Cloud Computing or Machine Learning (ML).

Presently, our client seeks to hire Organisational Development Manager to lead the learning & development and Talent Management function with the aim of identifying skill gaps among employees and creating plans to bridge these gaps so that organisation objectives are achieved.

KRAs of the role are:

- To access the need for training and staff development in order to enhance the effectiveness of employee performance in achieving the goals and objectives of the company.

- To Create and implement effective learning strategies and learning methods (e.g. coaching, job-shadowing, online training)

- To design, plan, direct and deliver training programs that meet the skills gap identified through training needs assessment.

- To develop learning activities, audio-visual materials, instructor guides and lesson plans.

- To evaluate effectiveness of training in terms of employee accomplishments and performance.

- To help managers develop their team members through career planinging.

- To track and control budgets and negotiate contracts.

Ideal candidate MUST be from an IT company having a headcount of more than 2500 people spread across geographies. An MBA in HR, S/he should have minimum 8+ years of experience in Organisational Development and L&D role.
