Ordertrainings.com, a professional services marketplace (in the people development sector) is a fledgling startup based out of Bangalore, India. We are rapidly scaling and are looking for a Sales Lead to join our team.
Manager, Enterprise Sales - Work hands-on towards acquiring and retaining customers. Prior experience of selling training/learning solutions to decision-makers (CHRO/CLO). Account Management /Retention strategy and hands-on execution experience. Prior experience of selling SaaS products will be a plus.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Create Quarterly and Monthly Plan for New Customer Acquisition
- Work with the team hands-on towards execution
- Create and Execute Retention Strategy
- Full-spectrum people responsibility
Who Should Apply:
- At least 3 years of Enterprise sales experience
- 4+ years of experience in the corporate (B2B) training space - selling learning solutions to decision-makers
- Excellent Analytical skills
- Ability to lead people
- Should be Hands-on
