Job Scope Role: Individual Contributor, No direct reports but will have to manage cross functional teams Key Responsibilities : - Manage and lead cross-functional project team to ensure delivery of complex development projects 1. Scope and requirements specifications o Functional specifications 2. Business/system analysis o Resource planning and availability 3. Program management of existing programs 4. Maintain Project Schedules 5. Product/Application SME - Provide pre-sales support by working closely with our sales teams to understand and define client's key business drivers and requirements - Propose product solutions which meet those requirements, ensuring they are technically viable and add value to the overall proposal - Understand and demonstrate solutions/products to clients at the initial Deal stage - Support sales teams throughout the contract lifecycle including at client review meetings and identifying opportunities to upsell into existing accounts - Liaise with clients post sale to develop project documentation including Statement of Work and implementation plans - Driving Project delivery through coordination with the Product and the Engineering Team - Process improvement in terms of adoption of Agile framework in Project Delivery - Closely work with and guiding the Engineering team from a feature/product development standpoint. - Status Reporting at an Overall Program Level catering to both Internal and External communication - Involvement in Post Production Support and coordination with cross Functional teams of Operations, Finance and Analytics Qualifications/Experience : - Previous experience in a software consultant or technical architect role and who has a minimum experience of 5 years in a Project/Program Manager role - Strong interpersonal, written and oral communication skills including the ability to confidently demo the product - Prior Hands on experience as a Technical lead or an Architect would be preferred - Advanced administration skills, in particular using MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint - Ability to work effectively as part of a team with shared objectives and on own initiative - Previous experience of software solution design is an addon - Excellent time management, particularly the ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in line with business objectives and current Engg Backlog - Hands On experience in Confluence, Jira, Freshdesk - Experience in Agile Delivery Methodology
