Job description :

- Provided knowledgeable and informative Quality Process methodologies, map process areas that identified areas of improvement, and devised enhancement operational efficiencies.

- Implemented ISO 9001:2008 standards for registration , and conducted internal ISO 9001:2008 audits of all functional areas relating to SDLC and PLC for all global sites.

- Provided failure analyses and effectively developed immediate and permanent corrective actions for substandard quality and deficient process issues.

- Prepared and Successfully implementation of CMMI for Organization. Utilizing CMMI framework, developed and implemented best practices for policies, process standards, and procedures.

- Developed and maintained company policies, procedures, and process and measurement standards specifically for OPD, OPF, and MA process areas.

- Produced project and process-specific documentation to ensure CMMI processes and conformance.

- Developed and implemented quality assurance and CMMI training presentations to team members.

- Directed critical measurement and analysis activities, and successfully gathered monthly metrics.

Performed Configuration Management (CM) activities for audit procedures of non-software artifacts and documentation for CM Plan, and CM System Design.

- Oversaw measurement and analysis activities and produced monthly metric reports for project.

Managed Project Managers high-level project schedule(s) for completion of monthly reports.

- Facilitated project milestone reviews through development lifecycle, and produced and reviewed documentation that maintained QA/CMMI processes.

- Acquired QA issues/concerns during weekly team meetings, provided guidance on QA questions, and collaborated with team to maintain CMMI Level 3 processes.

- Maintained defect tracking log for the Program Management Office, and developed training materials for quality processes.
