Role :

- The role is to develop and implement systems architecture that will meet business needs. The responsibilities include gathering requirements and functional specifications, assessing the current software systems in place in order to identify areas in need of improvement, and overseeing development teams. Also be able to regularly update the company on any developments in systems architecture projects. This is a client-facing role will also need to understand how to manage customer satisfaction and set proper expectations for the end-product.

Responsibilities and Duties :

- Specification, design, development, and debugging of large Internet scale and high-performance service based web applications and frameworks

- Document technical designs using flow charts, class diagrams, sequence diagrams, activity diagrams, data flow diagrams, database schemas, descriptive software component documentation, and wireframes

- Assessing the systems architecture currently in place and working with technical staff to recommend solutions to improve it. Resolving technical problems as they arise.

- Lead brainstorming sessions to develop potential solutions for business needs or problems.

- Work with project and delivery teams to develop scalable solutions and products.

- Providing supervision and guidance to development teams.

- Continually researching current and emerging technologies and proposing changes where needed.

- Communicate and consult with clients and internal stakeholders to develop appropriate solutions.

- Propose and establish framework for necessary contributions from various departments

- Identify opportunities for process improvements.

- Support in hiring of new resources

- Minimum of 12 - 15 years of experience with IT Technologies

- In-depth understanding of coding languages

- Bachelor's degree in information technology, software engineering, computer science, or related field.
