Role :

Presales manager, will work closely across various verticals such as product development, sales and marketing, and customer relations. This profile includes understanding the customer's needs and pitching the company's products as suitable solutions. Also, can involve actively observe customer behaviour and predict future needs for solution development.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop solutions and organising, planning, creating & delivering compelling proof of concept demonstrations

- Lead the proposal presentations, estimations, project plan, solution approaches, response document(s).

- Ensuring solutions stated in the Statement of Work are best practice and in line with client requirements

- Managing the sales bid process by responding to RFI's & RFP's

- Working closely with Sales to ensure successful closure of the sales process

- Understand customer needs and make sales presentations.

- Liaise with the marketing team to undertake demand-generating activities such as trade shows or customer workshops.

- Build lasting relationships with new and existing clients.

- Handling and managing team

- Support in new talent acquisition and Employee retention

Functional Competencies :

- Business Direction and Strategy: Strategic Thinking, Business Acumen and Commercial Thinking, Effective Decision Making, Entrepreneurial Mindset, Systems Thinking and Negotiation and Influence

- Business Development: Business Intelligence, Knowledge generation, OrangeMantra Representation

Technical Competences :

- Software application Solutioning

- Requirement gathering, process mapping, process consulting, Due Diligence with the client.

- Strong with estimation techniques like (Use case, FP, Story points).

- Excellent in presentations, demos to customers and internal management team.

Experience, Qualifications Required :

- 10+ years of IT experience in custom application solutioning with current and emerging technologies

- Working understanding in Java, J2EE, Spring, SOA, Microservices, Cloud, Mobile Technology, Ecommerce platforms is required.

- Experience in managing multiple accounts in Domestic and Global Delivery model.

- Leadership skills to be able to collaborate with Sales experts, Practice leads, Client Partners, Delivery teams and client stakeholders.

- Experience in building teams, goal setting, coaching, & developing individuals to achieve targeted results.

- Experience in Agile execution methodology is mandatory.

- B Tech or equivalent

Work Environment, Travel and Physical Demands :

- May required to work from Client location, depending upon the client.
