About the role : We are looking for a talented BTL specialist to provide result-oriented advertising and marketing activities to achieve sustainable business growth through market intelligence and creativity. RESPONSIBILITY: - Plan & manage all periodic ground activations & promotions. - Control events including preparation and performing events & activations. - Planning and executing all BTL activities - Events ( conferences, seminars), promotions and brand/service placement. - Planning and innovating new marketing initiatives on a regular interval to create a brand recall and awareness (At Pharmacies, Clinics etc.) - Monitoring market activities in the healthcare sector - Responsible for setting up a strong network of vendors/agencies for various promotional activities planned for the respective regions - Responsible for brand building among Healthcare strategic partners (Doctor Engagement etc.) - Reporting related to identification of activity/ location shortlisting/walk-ins & success of any activation campaign. - Lead the regional/ local teams, understand challenges and resolve issues. REQUIREMENTS: - 4-6 years of working experience in a similar role - Having a creative and innovative approach, always looking for revolutionary ways to grab the attention of potential customers - Energetic, versatile, and a creative problem-solver - A flexible individual with the ability to multitask, exercise initiative and pay strong attention to detail - Good negotiation skills - People handling expertise & good in communication
