About the role As our first Lead SEO, you will be responsible for managing all SEO activities such as website enhancement, content strategy, link building and you will also be responsible for improving the Organic rankings and increasing the top funnel organic traffic which will eventually lead to revenue growth. Core Responsibilities You will be responsible for the following: - Create and manage an SEO roadmap to win a share of voice on Google Search for high intent and high-volume search and drive relevant traffic to the platform - You are required to work closely with various teams like content, product, engineering, digital marketing, product marketing, agency to drive high traffic and positive business outcomes - Analyse keywords on a regular basis expanding the existing organic reach, competitive benchmarking and cross-channel analysis to arrive at targeted keyword sets. - Preparing detailed strategy reports and identifying powerful keywords to drive the most valuable traffic. - Define, monitor and report the input and output metrics that currently drive organic traffic across businesses - Use inputs from keyword research analysis to employ a bottoms up approach to widen the organic opportunity. - Drive efficiency of core SEO metrics across the website - Develop a model that explains impact of various input metrics (such as search volume, page speed, keyword density, SERP rank etc.) on SEO traffic Requirements - Good understanding of SEM, SEO, PPC and Google ads. - Should have experience working with early stage startups. - 5 to 8 years of relevant SEO experience mandatory - Must be well-versed with Google Algorithm updates - Strong communication skills and ability to clearly and effectively articulate thoughts and points. - Solid expertise in Google Analytics or similar web analytics platform. - Good influencing skills and stakeholder management skills and ability to get work done from internal & external stakeholders What's in it for you?
