Required Skills: 

- Software development experience of at least 10 years with 3 years of experience of managing a core product development team

- Through understanding and hands on experience in all the stages of software life cycle.

- Good in programming in C, Python and shell scripting

- Good working understanding of Operating system internals and System Programming. Network internals and Storage Internals is a plus.

- Great communication skills

- Good people and technical management skill

- Good in Monitoring/Assessing performance of oneself, other individuals, or organizations to make improvements or take corrective action.

- Excellent planning and organizing skills.

- Managed a distributed team

- Experience with handling multiple hot customer situations.

- Good in program management.

- Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills

- Experience with open source development tools and environments is a plus.
