Role Objective :

Company is offering a great opportunity to provide Talent Advisory support throughout the recruiting lifecycle in a highly matrixed global environment . You are expected to deliver in line with the company recruitment value proposition through Cost, Quantity, Quality and Time. In addition this role will require the individual to be passionate about driving new innovative recruitment initiatives with a strategic focus and eventually build great working relationships with key Stake holders

Minimum 3 to a maximum 8 years of demonstrated work experience in recruiting function wither in a corporate setting or an agency environment ( Exposure to both corporate and Agency would be a preference) .

- We have open roles for both Full Time Employee and Contract to Hire ( CTH - Payrolls of third party vendor ), Position is decided on the competency and credentials of the individual.

- Experience recruiting in the BFSI/Finance domain

- Handled requirements for Financial shared Services, Captive or Non Captive Units .

- Hands on experience in recruiting talent with finance skills such as F&A operations, O2C, Order administration, Accounts Receivable (AR), Project Accounting, GL,, R2R, P2P,FIXED ASSETS, Legal, Taxation, Compliance, Audit, Controllers etc . through direct sourcing techniques .

- End to end Individual contributor role with expertise in Direct sourcing and excellent account management skills.

- Exposure to direct sourcing skills with hands on experience in using Job Boards, LinkedIn, Social Media is preferred .

- Experience in sourcing candidates through Talent Mapping, Referencing, Networking etc it would be a ideal fit to the role.

- Experience working in a In-house recruiting model would be preferred. Ability to source directly with no vendor dependency would be ideal and preferred.

- Ability to multitask, plan and be self-organized to ensure multiple requirements are catered to with quality pipeline and customer engagement across all open positions.

- Knowledge of current Talent Acquisition trends and best practices

- Responsible to play the role of a effective account manager to drive new initiatives, do detailed research, analyze data to make effective presentations to business leaders and enable them to meet their business needs through latest market trends and new innovative methods.

- Must have exposure in Direct sourcing with no vendor support . Exposure to in house recruiting model in a corporate environment is a added plus

- Exposure sourcing in the Systems space or Finance and NON IT space would be preferred
