Oracle - Senior Manager - Process Excellence & Quality (13-15 yrs)

Bachelor's / Graduation / Equivalent

- Lead and manage the overall function of the Process Excellence Team

- Proactively analyze key and dive deep into areas impacting customer experience and key metrics

- Develop and deliver content for cross-functional operational reviews with internal leadership

- Collaborate with multiple operations teams to understand, quantify customer centricity

- Ensure the required level of output/Input quality is measured

- Ensure accurate & timely reporting of quality metrics and publish data on a timely basis

- Work with Operations team in identifying Root Cause for each error

- Develop a governance model with operations to review quality audit errors, evaluate training requirements, and provide coaching for direct staff, as well as the Operations team.

- Identify, plan and implement key process improvement projects to enhance quality and customer experience

- Develop and co-ordinate the performance excellence/performance improvement vision and deployment planning as defined by management

- Preparation of monthly project scorecard reports

- Train team members on how to use Six Sigma tools and techniques, such as control charts, histograms, and root cause analysis.

Eligibility Criteria

- Has managed Quality/process excellence function independently

- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university with 12+ years of professional experience

- 4-5 years of experience in Quality and Knowledge management

- Certified Six Sigma Black Belt & should possess excellent knowledge of tools & Techniques

- Proven experience in process improvement, leading projects with a record of successful implementation

- Exhibited accountability, ownership, and decision-making capabilities.

- Experience in task prioritization, workload, and escalation management.

- Ability to inspire teams with a clear vision and purpose.

- Ability to work in a global environment and establish relationships with key stakeholders

- Strong command of Excel and other MS Office programs

- Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills

- Good project management skills

- Knowledge of Oracle Financials preferred
