Senior Manager - B2B Collections(US shift)

What You Will Be Doing :
 
- Seek opportunities for process improvements through automation or integration of systems

- Manages collections activities to include the timely cash collection of customer accounts, minimizing bad debts and ensuring contract compliance and/or recommending legal action.

- Work on special projects, such as process improvement, process documentation, bench-marking, etc.

- Develop and documents procedures to streamline processes and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements

- Design and produce standard and ad hoc reports for use in management decision making

- Must have a broad business view and the ability to build trust with finance teams and leadership

- A strategic visionary with sound technical skills, analytical ability, good judgment, strong operational focus and ability to make decisions

- Keeps up-to-date on information and technology affecting functional area(s) to increase innovation and ensure compliance

- Productivity and Process Transformation commitment and upstream improvement opportunities using Lean Six Sigma.

- Coach & mentor people - Motivating team with excellent people touch

- Implementing short/long term plans for achievement of process objectives.

- Driving Continuous Improvement Initiatives

- Utilization and Scheduling, productivity per person, Monitoring, Time management, Reports, Dashboards, other deliverables as required

- Meet all people management metrics- Responsible for Attrition, Manpower requirement, Capacity planning

What You Will Need For This Position:

- Excellent English Fluency

- Minimum 8-10 years of managerial experience in Collections - preferred in B2B collections

- Strong customer service skills

- Bachelor's degree or higher in related field. Master's degree or equivalent in Finance or Accounting will be preferred

- Possess a positive, energetic, and detail-oriented attitude

- Must be able to support the US shift

- Must be proficient with large data sets and Microsoft Excel, Power point, Flowcharts

- Collaborative team player who can effectively interact with multiple working styles across all levels

- Capable of maintaining confidentiality and professionalism

- Excellent project management and time management skills with the ability to prioritize and work on multiple project simultaneously

- International travel may be required

- Ability to work well in a high-volume business environment

- Stability of employment

- Working with US clients a plus
