Roles and Responsibilities :

- As a lead Oracle Solution Architect you are responsible for solution ownership, guidance and mentoring the team while ensuring our customers in manufacturing area are realizing highest business value

Primary Job Accountabilities /Responsibilities :

- Build and deliver IT solutions that provide business value

- Mentor and lead high-performing development teams

- Responsible for defining and execution of the onboarding process of team members

- Responsible for the retention, development and coaching of the team members

- Strive to achieve consistency across delivery teams

- Ensure team members have necessary tools and training to be effective in their delivery roles.

- Define, monitor, and enforce coding standards and promote design pattern usage

- Ensure as-built documentation is captured

- Stay current in new technologies and platforms; identifies emerging technologies to solve complex business problems.

- Partner with QA, BA, and Agile Practice to form high performing delivery teams.

- Coach assigned developers and provide them with guidance to be successful in their roles

Basic Qualifications Required :

Experience, Skills, and Knowledge :

- Experience working with Oracle EBS (Multiple versions 11i, R12)

- Experience working with Oracle SaaS Apps

- Experience in working with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI)

- Experience with CPQ and PLM Products is preferred

- Good programming experience

- Familiarity with Manufacturing domain is a must

- Understanding of data conversion and system integration.

- Experience working with SQL, API etc.

Other Requirements :

- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills

- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies

- Experience with web technologies such as HTML5, JavaScript, and CSS is a plus

- Leadership experience throughout the software lifecycle

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related discipline or equivalent work experience
