Oracle - IT Business Analyst - Insurance Data Foundation

Primary Skills: (Business Analysis, Actuarial, Problem Solving Capability)

- Analyze business requirements, perform gap analysis, make recommendations for solutions and design processes.

- Research, analyze and create functional/business documents, report design for Insurance Capital Calculations like ICS / ComFrame 2.0, Risk based Capital, Solvency II, Formulae based Capital calculation etc.

- Create functionally rich excels representing capital, actuarial and other operational calculations.

- Define test criteria and assist and review the development of test cases for QA team.

- Stay Updated with current industry trends and regulatory requirements,

- Maintain a strong quality focus and maintain/develop productive working relationships with cross functional team members.

Experience

1. Experience of Solvency II / Insurance Capital calculation / Similar Actuarial Valuation implementations in EU / USA jurisdictions.

Secondary Skills: (Insurance Capital Calculation, BI/DWH Exposure, Excel/VBA Expertize),

1. Should be well versed with excel - Macros / VBA, Flow Charts - Microsoft Visio or similar tools.

2. Able to handle ambiguity and changes in direction

3. Exposure to BI/DWH implementation is an added advantage.

4. Understanding and exposure to Data Modeling is an added advantage.
