Oracle HRMS Techno Functional Consultant-Product Company, Bangalore

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Responsible for handling day-to-day support activities

- Candidate will be involved in bug fixing, change requests, customization if any.

- Develop and suggest best practices for the success of the implementation. Consider enhancing the functionalities, suggest, configure and implement change.

- Drive support to take the site on maturity model.

- Pro-active instead of reactive on issues.

REQUIREMENT:

- BE/ B-Tech with a minimum of 2-3 years of hands-on experience in- Implementation and support of Oracle HRMS modules R12.1.3 or above.

- Must have in depth technical and functional knowledge of the following modules- Core HRMS, Payroll, SSHR, OTL.

- Must have experience with implementation and support for Custom integrations with Oracle HRMS modules.

- Must have technical hands on experience with PL/SQL, XML Reports, Alerts, Fast formula, Workflow Builder, AME

Job Location: Bangalore (Offshore requirement)
