Job Location: Hyderabad

Partners with business units/divisions in delivering Corporate and Divisional HR policies and programs.

Join a leading HR group consulting with management and employees on HR practices and procedures. Manage employee relations issues and conduct investigations in support of corporate ethics and values. Participate in company-wide programs and initiatives (e.g., manpower planning, salary/bonus/stock review, organizational change, performance management, and training assessment).

The aspiring candidate should possess :

1. Hands on experience in Business Partnering areas, such as Strategic HR, Stakeholder Management, Manage end to end employee life cycle, HR Transformation.

2. Exposure to Employee Relations, Employee Engagement and Diversity and Inclusion areas.

Working knowledge on HR Projects and SME in any one of the core HR areas.

3. Strong business acumen skills and should have liaised with business leadership.

4. Key skills and abilities include coaching, influencing, facilitation, presentation, communication, process development, analysis, and problem solving.

5. 7-12 years of experience as a HRBP.

Role:

1. The role entails managing Talent through the Employee Life Cycle and focusing on HR Transformation initiatives

2. Manage entire Employee Life cycle including Recruitment fitment, Induction, Training and Development, ER issues, C&B, R&R, Employee Experience, Employee Engagement, Policies and Procedures, Performance Mgt, Career Mgt, Goal Mgt, Talent Management, HR Transformation, HR Analytics, pan India and Global HR projects

3. Work on HR Transformation projects or initiatives

4. Enable business transformation through a deep understanding of business, ability to reframe challenges through a talent lens and provide solutions to business for managing people.

5. Trusted partnership with line managers to create value and help them reach their business goals.
