Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultant

JD for ORC and OR Taleo

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Hands-on experience in Oracle Recruiting Cloud (1 Implementation is must)

- Experience on Integrations with third-party job portals and systems.

- Experience in process mappings, configurations.

- At least 1 ORC implementation experience.

- Taleo working knowledge is an added advantage.

D for OTL

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Experience in Oracle Fusion HCM Modules

- Should have at least 1 Implementation Experience as a Functional Consultant.

- Must have a strong track record of delivering Oracle Fusion HCM solutions, including extensive

- Experience in the areas of business process analysis, requirement definition and solution design.

- Strong experience on Fusion Time and Labor (OTL) & amp; Fusion Core HR

- Good to have Fast formulas writing experience.

JD for Compensation and Benefits

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Experience in Oracle Fusion HCM Modules

- Should have at least 1 Implementation Experience as a Functional Consultant.

- Must have a strong track record of delivering Oracle Fusion HCM solutions, including extensive.

- Experience in the areas of business process analysis, requirement definition and solution design.

- Should have done to end to end implementation for two of the below modules.
