Drive budgeting &amp; forecasting process to facilitate decision making and support future business strategies. Principal Expectation - The primary responsibilities of the role (Senior Financial Analyst) - Provide deliverables / reports in a timely &amp; accurate manner to stakeholders - Prepare forecast / budget based on Trend analysis and drive expense forecast calls - Analyze complex spreadsheets and provide an executive summary - Gain advanced understanding of Business and Business processes - Support BP Finance Team with complex ad-hoc analysis - Present KPIs to management / stakeholders - Demonstrate advanced knowledge of corporate processes like forecast / budget cycle, restatement etc., - Identify opportunities for process improvements and provide solutions to management (Eg: CoE Transition) - Review and sign off process checklist / operating procedures including updates Additional Responsibilities (Lead Analyst Differentiators) - Plan for quarter-end &amp; year-end close workload (Revenue / Expense) - Perform scenario building to enable decision making - Participate in Departmental / Global Projects; Lead simple projects under regular reviews and guidance; Propose proactive course corrections - Review reports produced by Financial Analysts - Train junior members on Oracle systems/tools and hierarchies, support Boot-camp trainings, next level and other such forums - Conduct root cause analysis on key issues and provide solutions for the same - Ensure all the project mile stones are met by the team Key Stakeholders- Entity/ Contact : Internal o GFIC GBF Teams - cross LoB&amp; divisions - GFIC Management Teams Nature/ Interaction : - Delivery related - Operations Reviews External : Field Finance Teams - Finance Projects Team - Business / Business Ops Team Nature/ Interaction : - Activity planning - Forecast Calls - Project / Status updates Qualifications &amp; Experience - Education MBA (fresher), CA or CMA (Completed) Experience - 3-6 years of relevant experience in FP&amp;A Competencies Functional : Essential o Analytical / BI Tools - Advanced MS-Office Skills - Understanding of ERP Behavioral - Performance Drive &amp; Execution - Collaboration - Communicating for Impact - Inspirational Leadership - Competitive Edge - Change Agility - Mastering Complexity Desired - Understanding of CRM
