- Establish and maintain good contacts with Specifier Segment (Architect, Interior Designer, Builders, Project Associates & Corporate)
- Should have good Techno Commercial Presentation skills and execute in-house presentation to target customer base on regular basis
- Should keep close tracking of upcoming projects on assigned markets
- Should maintain effective Beat Plan/travelling in the assigned territory
- Beside maintaining existing key accounts, should develop new customers / key accounts on regular basis
- Will be responsible for pre-sales and post sales activities in order to maintain highest customer service level
- Ensure timely collection of payments
- Supervise promotional activities and increase the visibility of the company products in their effort to achieve the overall sales targets
- Achieve financial growth, market share, and coverage and market penetration goals of business.
- Prepare Market Strategies based on Competition Analysis and Market research feedback
- Will be responsible to lead & guide the team of Executives.
- Impart Sales & Product training to the subordinates.
- Execute the day plan & monitor the daily working of the Team.
- Exposure towards brand building and marketing.
- Relationship management with architects and builders.
