Role Description:
The role involves maintaining strong good relationship with top affiliates and taking care of some of the key clients. The role also involves to take care of the overall affiliate recruitment as well development & managing the affiliate team to make sure that campaigns are being delivered. To ensure that validations/invoicing are being done on timely basis.
Liaising with GST team in order to get operational things done (such as reporting, banner uploading etc.), and with the accounts team to cater to affiliate payment issues.
Duties and Responsibilities
Key areas are as follows:
- Affiliate relationship building
To speak with top affiliates on regular basis and make strong relationship
Monetize performance of Key accounts on daily basis and optimize it to achieve the target
Analyse and suggest to them the probable areas of growth
Catering to their expectations in terms of pay-outs as well payments etc.
Setting up bonuses & run time to time events to motivate affiliates
Analyse and find out new avenues to drive growth
Keep an eye on new trends and technological development and update management and team about the same
Fraud detection and take necessary action
- Campaigns Delivery
To ensure the campaigns are being delivered as per the set targets and T&Cs of the clients
To take necessary action if required in order to achieve targets
- Affiliate Team Management
Managing affiliate team and push them to deliver campaigns
Training them as and when required in order to make them acquainted to the OMG system. Guide them on time to time basis to effectively manage campaigns.
Analyse the demand of new resources and then recruitment of talent in the team
- Setting Up Projections
Set projections for the month with a collective feedback from the BD & client servicing team
Keep track of the same in order to achieve the set targets
Raise an alert with BD/client servicing team if lacking somewhere
Gap analysis and find out opportunity to cover that gap
Awareness of competition and their delivery methodology
- Affiliate Recruitment
Take care of the affiliate recruitment in assistance with the affiliate recruitment team
Find out potential affiliates and getting them started to deliver business
- General
Working closely with BD/client servicing team to take the campaign live and assign the same to the team
Working with GST team in order to get overhead works (such as affiliate reports, merchant reports etc.
Working closely with GST team to take care of the validations/invoicing and make sure that it is being done on timely basis & escalate the matter to the concerned person if any, in order to get things done quickly.
Setup processes to increase efficiency as well as profitability to the company.
